Terms and Conditions & Shipping Policy

Once payment has been confirmed into our bank account (usually 24 to 48 hours), your order will be processed.
This may take 7 working days. You will receive an email from us including your waybill information for tracking via our courier service. Courier time from date of collection can take up to 5 working days. No deliveries will take place over weekends or public holidays.
We offer free shipping within South Africa.

RETURN POLICY

Every care is taken to ensure our products are supplied to you in good order.

We only offer re-funds if the product is faulty, however bras may be exchanged for another size, provided the item has not been worn and is returned in the original condition and packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Returns are made at your own expense.

FAULTY GOODS

What to do in the unlikely event of a faulty item/s.

Notify us by e-mail, info@loveyourbra.co.za, within 14 days of your purchase.
State your full name, your street address, invoice number, your contact number and the error or fault.

We will arrange with our courier for collection.  Please note that the product/s must be returned in the box or protective packaging which the order was received by you.

Once the items have been received by us, it will be examined to ensure we concur with the fault/error as advised by you.

Based on this examination of the returned item/s you will be advised of our findings and if all is in order a refund will be made to you or a replacement item/s will be shipped to you free of charge.
